Payment 1, 50%, On agreement.
Payment 2, 50%, 14 days before Checkin Date

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.

Please note that check-in after 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 30. From 0:00 please contact us to see availability and cost.

A security deposit is required before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For reservations for 2 persons, they are supposed to sleep in the same double bed. In case that the guest require to sleep in different beds, a reservation for 3 persons should be made and an additional bed will be available.

Conditions and House Rules:

Children of all ages can stay. You can request free baby cot or high chair for babies.

The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Smoking is not allowed

Pets are not allowed.

You cannot celebrate parties.

Customers should minimize noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The pool is closed from September 15 until June 15.

There is a private storage room at the basement where you can leave your surfing equipment. It is not allowed to bring it into the apartment.

When you leave the apartment, we will be grateful if you leave it just the way you found it (everything in order, no dirty dishes or food remains around, take the rubbish to the container......).

The departure from the apartment later than the maximum allowed time (11:00 a.m.) carries a penalty of 40 EUR for each hour of delay.
